Buried: Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, New York. Haas attended public schools in Jefferson City, Missouri, and graduated from Elmhurst College, near Chicago, Illinois (1883) and Eden Theological Seminary, Webster Groves, Missouri (1886).
