Born: Prob­ab­ly 1864, Bos­ton, Lin­coln­shire, Eng­land. Died: Cir­ca No­vem­ber 1900, Ken­sing­ton, Lon­don, Eng­land. Carrott was in Skir­beck, Lin­coln­shire, in 1871. By 1881, he was in Lon­don.
