Who Is on the Lord's Side

1 Who is on the Lord's side,
Who will serve today?
Who will be His helpers,
Walking in his way?
Who will leave the world's side?
Who will dare be strong?
Who is on the Lord's side?
Who to him belong?
Joyfully we answer,
"By thy grace divine,
We are on the Lord's side;
Jesus, we are thine."

2 Jesus made a people
Who will do his will,
Strive to build his Zion
His plan to fulfill.
Who will do the Lord's work,
Who will be his hands?
Who will choose to follow
His divine commands?
Joyfully we answer,

3 Who will chose to love him
More than self alone?
Those who choose the Lord's side
By his name are known.
Jesus calls for workers,
Many he can use.
Do you hear him calling,
His work will you choose?
Joyfully we answer,

We are on the Lord's side;
Jesus, we are thine."

4 We will be his helpers;
We are on his side.
We will tell his story;
Spread it far and wide.
We will choose the right path,
We will work and pray.
Jesus can depend on
Us to walk his way.
