1 To our God above draw near,
Now give thanks,
Now give thanks;
For the blessings of the year,
Now let us all give thanks.

Refrain:
Give thanks to God for the year gone by;
Give praise to Him who our needs supply;
Give thanks to God who has led the way;
Give thanks to God this thanksgiving day.

2 For the sunshine and the rain,
Now give thanks,
Now give thanks;
For the golden garnered grain
Now let us all give thanks. [Refrain]

3 For the blessing of good health
Now give thanks,
Now give thanks;
For our nation’s boundless wealth,
Now let us all give thanks. [Refrain]

Now give thanks;
For our Father’s loving care,
Now let us all give thanks. [Refrain]
