Representative Text

1 The Lord of little children,
Who lived and loved below,
Has bid us love our neighbor,
The Bible tells us so.

Refrain:
O may we learn the lesson,
The very first of all,
The lesson sweet and loving,
And spread the Master’s call.

2 The Lord Himself will teach us,
And help us day by day,
To find the other children,
Who do not know the way. [Refrain]

3 With joyous songs we praise Him,
He loves our songs we know,
He cares for all the children,
And longs His love to show. [Refrain]
