George A. LeClere, 19th Century Our only certain information on LeClere is that he was a minister. However, there is an interview with a Rev. George A. Leclere in Voices of the American West: The Settler and Soldier Interviews of Eli S. Ricker 1903-1919, by Richard E. Jensen, 2005, page 368. According to the interview, LeClere was living in Grand Junction, Colorado, in 1909, and had been in the Army in 1864. --www.hymntime.com/tch  Go to person page >
