Representative Text

1 In the vineyard of the Lord
There is work for all to do;
Jesus calls us by His word,
Calls for soldiers brave and true.

Refrain:
We will work while it is day,
Night is coming sure and fast;
We will labor, watch and pray,
Work while time with us shall last.

2 There are lost ones to be found;
There are hungry to be fed;
In good works we would abound,
In the name of Christ our head. [Refrain]

3 When the toil of life is o’er
We shall rest in mansions fair;
With the Lord whom we adore
We shall dwell forever there. [Refrain]
