Ho Dio, mankas vortoj por la hodiaŭa kri'

Representative Text

1. Ho Dio, mankas vortoj por
La hodiaŭa kri' —
Koler', konfuzo kaj dolor'!
Ja devas preĝi ni!

2. Lamentas ni pro ĉiu nun
Mortinto kaj vundit',
Pro orfoj kaj gevidvoj kun
Angor' sen intermit'.

3. Kaj por gvidantoj niaj ni
Nun preĝas, ho Sinjor'.
Saĝigu ilin, saĝa Di',
En malespera hor'.

4. Pro la kompato kaj la grac'
Sen tim' ni fidas vin.
Brakumu justo nun kun pac'!
Ho Dio, kunu nin!
