Representative Text

1 Hear you not the voice of Jesus,
As He calls so tenderly?
"Give Me welcome, give Me welcome,
For I would abide with thee."

Refrain:
I will welcome, I will welcome,
Welcome Jesus to my heart;
I will welcome, I will welcome,
Welcome Jesus to my heart.

2 "Give me welcome, I will guide you,
I’m the Way, the Truth, the Light;
Lead you ever true and faithful,
To the many mansions bright." [Refrain]

3 "Give Me welcome, wait no longer,
I have opened Heaven’s gate,
And the heart that bids Me welcome,
Shall go in and ne’er be late." [Refrain]
