A Christmas Celebration
In both Old and New Testament scriptures, the Messiah is frequently associated with the concept of light: "the Lord is my light.ö.. "thy light is come.ö.. "the light of the world." This cantata depicts the events of the Christmas story by exploring facets of many biblical references to light and the Nativity.
