Resolving tune authorities

I have uploaded the hymnbook 1955. In trying to resolve tune authorities, I began checking the list and fixing things, clicked submit at the end of the page and when I return to continue working, all of my changes have reverted back to the originals. When I resolved person authorities, this did not happen. Am I missing something?
