Notes: This is a wonderful three-part canon, but it may be a bit much to sing all the stanzas in canon. One option for singing all the stanzas is to have all sing st. 1 in unison; group 1 sing st. 2; group 2 sing st. 3; group 3 sing st. 4; sing st. 5 in canon several times, beginning with group 1 and adding groups 2 and 3, as indicated in the music. At the end, sing quietly.
