Notes: Rather than re-presenting the content of the psalm, the hymn “Give to the Winds Your Fears” serves as a sounding board and conversation partner. The cursing of the psalmist is accompanied by a sense of tremorous anxiety and fear. The hymn whispers to the psalmist, and to us, to bring all cares to God.
