1 Humble praises holy Jesus
Infant voices raise to thee;
In thy arms, O Lord, receive us,
Suffer us thy Lambs to be.

2 Blessed Saviour! thou hast bidden
Babes like us to come to thee;
Once by thy disciples chidden,
Thou didst bless such ones as we.

3 Thanks to thee, who freely gave us
Thy exalted Son to die;
From eternal death to save us;
Glory be to God on high!
