13012. The Call To Rally

1 We’ve heard the call to rally,
And we hasten to obey;
When Jesus needs our service,
We will heed without delay;
Redeemed with His own precious blood
On rugged Calvary,
We yield our all to Him.

Refrain:
"Rally!" is our watchword, "Rally" is our song!
All our time and all our power to Christ belong!
Rally, then with gladness, rally with a cheer,
We shall win the battle, for our captain’s near!

2 We’ll gather ’round His banner,
Glorious emblem of the right,
The symbol of His truth and love,
Agleam with holy light;
We’ll challenge every evil,
We will battle in His might,
And victory shall be ours. [Refrain]

3 We’ll help to save the fallen
From the snares of doubt and sin,
We’ll teach the youth to spurn the wrong
And choose the pure and clean;
We’ll go in Jesus’ precious name
And bring the world to Him,
And crown Him Lord for aye. [Refrain]
